This month’s winner is Tonia from Greenhouse Creative with this fantastic building site, Kit Markin Homes.

The clever use of column picture backgrounds to create a unique text box shape even had our developers talking. The stacks site-wide are wonderfully proportioned and give the copy and images plenty of room to breathe and communicate.

We really like the icons with the dotted lines as they draw the user through the site, creating a clear journey with effective call to actions breadcrumbed throughout. 

She’s done a great job with the colour accents, the ‘dark ochre’ throughout and the ‘putty’ stack breaks work brilliantly together with the sandy beige stack backgrounds giving separation to relevant and related information.

The quality of the imagery including the video stacks just add that extra level of legitimacy to the Kit Markin Homes brand and really sells the premium-ness of their product.
As I said, it was the technicalities that set the sites apart this month, and the use of the Rocketspark design features and the mobile experience make this site a winner. Well done Tonia!
