Flint AI Content Generation Service Terms
These Flint Content Generation Terms apply if you choose to use Flint, our AI content generation service which assists you to generate text and other content for use in your Rocketspark website. They are incorporated by reference into your Rocketspark terms and conditions. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between these Flint Content Generation Service Terms and the Rocketspark terms and conditions, these Flint Content Generation Service Terms will prevail.
To provide the Flint service, we will take information you provide us (including free-form text and button based prompts) and other information about you and your website selected by Rocketspark (“Input”) and send this to one or more of our AI partners to generate draft content (“Output”) which we will display to you in draft to edit or review for use in your website.
AI content generation is a new and experimental technology and may sometimes provide inaccurate or offensive content. You must carefully review and edit any content provided by Flint. You are solely responsible if you choose to use, edit and publish any Output provided by Flint and for ensuring you do so in accordance with applicable law and these terms and conditions (including our Acceptable Use Policy).
Except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions, neither Rocketspark nor our AI partners make any specific promises about Flint. For example, we don't make any commitments about the Output provided, the reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs of the service. We provide Flint "as is" and “as available”.
By using Flint you agree that despite any other provision in these terms and conditions, both Input and Output may be stored, processed and retained by: (i) our AI Partners in accordance with their terms and policies; and (ii) by Rocketspark in order to provide, maintain and improve the Flint service. Rocketspark and/or our AI Partners may process this material to improve the quality of products and services (including Flint), and this may include review of your Input and Output by a human reviewer. You provide us a worldwide, non-exclusive perpetual, irrevocable licence to use all intellectual property rights in the Input for the above purposes.
You retain the intellectual property rights in direct input text you send to Flint, and Rocketspark will retain intellectual property rights in any modification of that input prior to submission to our AI partners or automated prompt text we apply prior to submission to our AI partners. Subject to the provisions of this clause, you will own the intellectual property rights in any Output provided by Flint, however, you agree that Output may not be unique - other parties may be provided the same or similar output by either Rocketspark and/or our AI partners.
You must only use Flint to generate content intended to be published in the public domain and for inclusion on your Rocketspark website. You may not use Flint for other purposes. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information for use by Flint and do not use Flint for making critical decisions or for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. You may not use Flint to develop artificial intelligence models that compete with our AI partners.
You must not make any representation that may mislead consumers as to whether any Output provided via Flint was created by a human or artificial intelligence.
AI technology is moving fast and further amendments will likely be needed to these terms to reflect the development of technology, scope of the Flint service and the approach and terms of our AI partners. We may amend these Flint Content Generation Service Terms from time to time, by placing an updated version on our website. By continuing to use the Flint service, you are agreeing to the amended terms.
Our current AI providers include: OpenAI and Google Gemini but we may add others in future. We encourage you to review their terms and policies.
