Keeping tabs on your website's performance just got easier! Our new monthly performance emails deliver a quick, easy-to-read snapshot of how your site is doing—right to your inbox.
The monthly performance emails are currently in early access beta via a gradual rollout. You should receive your first monthly report by mid April.
What’s in your report?
Each metric is compared to the previous month, with colour-coded results:
Green: Your numbers are up compared to last month—great job!
Red: Your numbers have dropped—but there’s always something you can do to improve.
If you’ve got Google Analytics connected, you’ll see sessions (website visitors). On Website Builder Pro, you'll also get data on forms received and mobile calls (if you have a phone number and/or form on your site). If you're on Ecommerce Grow or Ecommerce Pro, you’ll also see sales metrics.
If you're on a basic plan or don’t have Google Analytics connected, you won’t receive these reports—but it might be time to upgrade or connect Google Analytics—it only takes 2 minutes if you already have a Google Analytics account)!
Why do numbers go up or down?
Website stats can fluctuate. Here are some common reasons your stats might change:
Seasonality: Some industries see dips during holiday periods or quiet seasons.
Marketing changes: If you’ve cut back on ads or promotions, your traffic might dip. On the flip side, if you've ramped up your marketing, expect to see some green!
Website updates: Fresh content or a redesign can impact engagement.
If your numbers are in the red or you're feeling disappointed with your website’s performance, don’t stress—we’re here to help. Reach out to the Rocketspark Customer Success team, and we’d love to advise you on turning those numbers green!
Want to opt out?
These reports are enabled by default, but if you’d prefer not to receive them, you can unsubscribe via My Account or the link at the bottom of the email.
If you’re a design partner and want to manage reports for your clients, we recommend updating the email recipient so that you receive the reports instead. This way, you can keep a pulse on how your clients’ websites are performing and proactively offer support when needed.
What’s next?
We’re always looking at ways to add more value. In the future, we may add more metrics and suggestions in these emails.
We’re excited to make website performance insights simpler and more accessible—so you can make informed decisions and grow your business with confidence!
